Lawyer’s bid to widen Aberdeen high-rise fall death probe rejected as sheriff blocks delay

A sheriff has ruled that a probe into the death of Jamie Forbes will focus on police actions, rejecting a bid to investigate the safety of the Tillydrone flat window from which he fell.
