Court told Lord Provost is ‘frustrating’ attempts to remove Aberdeen council co-leader Christian Allard

Seven councillors told Aberdeen Sheriff Court it is a "democratic absurdity" that they have been unable to call a binding vote to remove the SNP council co-leader.
