Aberdeen councillor says ‘seagulls are running our city’ in plea for action after M&S sandwich stolen

Councillor Jennifer Stewart pushed for a bylaw on those feeding the greedy gulls, saying it was leaving some residents "unable to sleep or go in their garden" due to fears of a divebomb attack.
