Aberdeen council seeking external contractor to remove 'illegal' flags after staff abuse

It's been reported that Aberdeen City Council is looking for some help to deal with flags that have been put up illegally. Sadly, council staff have faced abuse over this issue, and they're hoping an external contractor can sort it out safely.
